ScoreNote consists of classically trained musicians Nick Smith and Mark Hazelwood, two friends who’ve been working together composing and producing music for over 20 years.

They work in an eclectic range of musical genres including classical, jazz, hip-hop, trip-hop and EDM, and are permanently stretching and blending these styles, as well as using the mix of digital production methods alongside live instrumentation. 

Their growing clientele includes Fashion houses, Theatre production companies and Architect offices, and they are also notably the main producers for London based Hip-hop/Jazz collective, Halfpenny. 

With primary instruments including piano, classical guitar, flute, saxophone, double bass and horns, Mark and Nick also work with an esteemed group of session musicians when required, giving ScoreNote compositions their broad, considered and complimentary sound.
